Had a tire blow out on my horse trailer on the side of the interstate in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. They were open and close so I gave them a try. Fantastic customer service, kind, and very quick. Five stars for these guys!

I have personally bought several sets of tires from here. They are top-notch. They are very professional and friendly. They have always been a pleasure working with and very reasonable with process.

On 4/1/2026 Daphne E. Huff had this to say:
I had a blowout on the way to my sister's funeral! I was so angry and upset, I made it to Roca Tire Shop. The tire specialist assured me he would have it done in less than 15 minutes and back on the road to make it there on time! He did THAT! The used tire was only $65 dollars and it was a match with the other 3. I will definitely be back to purchase a new set of tires!

On 3/2/2026 Daria Gilbert had this to say:
Roca Tires Shop was amazing. We were in a tough spot trying to find replacement rear right tire for a Tesla Model 3 Performance, which are not easy to find, especially on short notice. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the process. They got us back on the road quickly and made a stressful situation feel manageable. You can tell they care about doing the job right and taking care of people — not just cars. Highly recommend this shop if you need tire service in the Birmingham area, especially for harder-to-source tires.
